The sherry you choose makes all the difference to this drink, be it dry, sweet or slightly nutty medium-sweet amontillado.
INGREDIENT:
1 measure sherry
½ measure red vermouth
Ice
Dash orange bitters
Orange peel, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Stir the ingredients over ice in a chilled medium tumbler.
Dress with orange peel.
