Inexpensive sparkling white wine is the base of this pretty cocktail. Use the sweeter bubbles if you like a sweet drink, otherwise go for dry. And be warned, it is not just a pretty drink!
INGREDIENT:
1/3 measure Amaretto
1/3 measure dry vermouth
Sparkling white wine, chilled
METHOD:
1. Mix the Amaretto and vermouth in a chilled tall cocktail glass.
2. Top up with wine to taste.
