It may look angelic, but, unless you are very liberal with the fruit juice, this is certainly not a mild cocktail.
INGREDIENT:
1 measure vodka
½ measure Galliano
½ measure southern comfort
Dash egg white
Ice
Orange or pineapple juice, to taste
Slice of pineapple, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Shake the first four ingredients over ice until well frosted.
2. Strain into an ice-filled tall glass and top up with orange or pineapple juice to taste.
3. Dress with a slice of fresh pineapple.
