Cinnamon and other spices can make all the difference to fruit-based cocktails. Add to taste or sprinkle on the top before drinking.
INGREDEINT:
1 measure vodka
2 measures pink grapefruit juice
1/ 2 measure Campari
1 dash syrop de gomme
Pinch or two cinnamon
1 egg white
Ice
METHOD:
1. Shake all the ingredients well over ice and strain into a chilled medium-sized cocktail glass.
