Coco Loco Recipe

This is a truly spectacular cocktail and can be great fun o decorate. Look out for swizzle sticks in the shape of palm trees or hula dancers and elaborately curly straws.

INGREDIENT:

1 fresh coconut

8-10 cracked ice cubes

2 measures white tequila

1 measure gin

1 measure white rum

2 measures pineapple juice

1 tsp sugar syrup

½ lime

METHOD:

1. Carefully saw the top off the coconut, reserving the liquids inside.

2. Add the crushed ice, tequila, gin, rum, pineapple juice and sugar syrup to the coconut, together with the reserved coconut liquid.

3. Squeeze the lime over the cocktail and drop it in. stir well and serve with a straw.
