This is certainly a snappy cocktail with a bit of bite. However, it probably gets its name from its spectacular color- Midori, a Japanese melon- flavored liqueur, which is a staring shade of green.
INGREDIENT:
4-6 cracked ice cubes
2 measures vodka
1 measure triple sec
1 measure Midori
2 measures lemon juice
METHOD:
1. Put the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
2. Pour the vodka, Triple sec, and Midori and lemon juice over the ice. Shake vigorously over ice until frost forms.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
