If you don’t have any champagne available, then look for a good sparkling white wine, or even a sparkling red, to use in this cocktail.
INGREDIENT:
1 measure lime juice
1 measure medium to medium dry sherry
Champagne, chilled
METHOD:
1. Stir the lime and sherry in a chilled flute.
2. Top with chilled champagne and stir briefly.
