Disco Dancer Recipe

Make it nice and long and you have the perfect disco drink.

INGREDIENT:

1 measure crème de banana

1 measure rum

Few drops Angostura bitters

Ice

Sparkling white wine, chilled

METHOD:

1. Shake the first three ingredients well over the ice.

2. Pour into a highball glass and top up with sparkling wine to taste.

3. Add plenty of ice to keep you cool and lengthen your drink.
