The rich fruit flavors of orange, pomegranate (provided by the grenadine) and lemon, blended with white rum make a really lovely long summer drink.
INGREDIENT:
1 measure golden rum
1 measure orange juice
Dash white Curacao
Dash grenadine
Ice
Bitter lemon, chilled, to top up
Slice of orange and twist of peel, t decorate
METHOD:
1. Stir the first four ingredients over the ice, strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top up with bitter lemon.
2. Add the fruit and top with peel.
