If you like really dry mixes do easy on the pineapple juice until you have tasted it.
INGREDIENT:
1 measure mandarin vodka
1 measure Cinzano extra dry
½ measure orange Curacao
½ measure lemon juice
1 tbsp strawberry syrup
Ice
Pineapple juice, to taste
Strawberry, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Shake the first five ingredients well over ice.
2. Pour into a long glass and top up with pineapple juice to taste.
3. Finish with a slice of strawberry.
