INGREDEINT:
1 measure vodka
1 measure Galliano
4-6 cracked ice cubes
Grated ginseng root (use root ginger if you can’t find ginseng), to decorate
METHOD:
1. Shake the vodka and Galliano vigorously over ice until well frosted.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and sprinkle with grated ginseng root.
