This is one of those cocktails with a name that plays on the ingredients – Fuzzy to remind you that it contains peach schnapps and navel because it is mixed with orange juice.
INGREDIENT:
2 measures vodka
1 measure peach schnapps
250 ml/8 fl oz orange juice
4-6 cracked ice cubes
Physalis (Cape gooseberry), to decorate.
METHOD:
1. Shake the vodka, peach schnapps and orange juice vigorously over cracked ice until well frosted.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and dress with a Physalis.
