The deep yellows of Galliano and passion fruit make sure this cocktail is both a rich golden colour and good fruity flavor.
INGREDIENT:
1 measure brandy
1 measure Galliano
1 measure passion fruit juice
Dash lemon juice
Ice cubes
METHOD:
1. Stir all the ingredients together well in a stirring glass.
2. Strain into an ice-filled tumbler and add a stirrer.
