This well-known classic cocktail is a great party drink – mix it strong at first, then weaker as the evening goes by – or without alcohol for drivers and no one would know…!
INGREDIENT:
Ice cubes
3 measure vodka
8 measure orange juice
2 tsp Galliano
Cherry and slice of orange, to decorate.
METHOD:
1. Half fill a highball glass with ice, pour vodka and orange over the ice cubes, and float Galliano on top.
2. Garnish with a cherry and slice of orange.
