Lassi Recipe

Originally Lassi was simply a flavored yoghurt drink, slightly soured, often savory or spiced. There are many delicious drinks you can make from it.

INGREDIENT:

150/ml5 fl oz plain yoghurt

450ml/15 fl oz milk

1 tbsp rose water

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

6 ice cubes

Honey 3 tbsp

Rose petals (optional), to decorate

METHOD:

1. Pour the yoghurt and milk in the food processor and process gently until combined.

2. Add the rose water and honey and process until thoroughly blended, then add the mango and ice cubes and continue blending until smooth.

3. Pour into chilled glasses and dress with edible petals (if using).
