Last Tango Recipe

Use the mango slices here as added ice cubes. They look and taste great and do a good job.

INGREDIENT:

2-3 thin slices ripe mango,

Part frozen, to decorate

1 ½ measures Mandarine Napoleon

½ measure Kirsch

Crushed ice

METHOD:

1. Put the thin slices of peeled mango into the freezer 40-50 minutes before you need them.

2. Shake the liqueurs well over ice until frosted. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and add the slices of mango.
