A seriously strong champagne cocktail with the perfume of herbs.
INGREDIENT:
¼ measure brandy
¼ measure dry vermouth
¼ measure Galliano
¼ measure Mandarin liqueur
Ice
Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
METHOD:
1. Stir the first four ingredients over ice and pour into a tall chilled glass.
2. Top up with champagne.
