INGREDIENT:
1measure gin
¼ measure Cointreau
¼ measure white rum
Ice
Strip of orange peel, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Stir all the ingredients over the ice in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled small cocktail glass.
2. Dress with a piece of orange peel.
