For many, this is the cocktail. It is name after its inventor, Martini De Anna De Toggia, not the famous brand of vermouth.
INGREDIENT:
3 measures gin
1 tsp dry vermouth,
Or to taste
4-6 cracked ice cubes
Olive, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Pour the gin and vermouth over cracked ice in a mixing glass and stir well to mix.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and dress with a cocktail olive.
