INGREDIENT:
2/3 measure brandy
1/3 measure orange liqueur
1/3 measure lemon juice
Ice
Sparkling dry white wine, chilled
METHOD:
1. Shake the first three ingredients over ice until well frosted.
2. Strain into a chilled champagne glass and top up with sparkling wine to taste.
