No particular princess is specified, although a number of other cocktails are named after queens and princes, as well as princesses. Perhaps drinking this makes everyone feel like royalty.
INGREDIENT:
2 tsp chilled single cream
1 tsp caster sugar
2 measures apricot brandy, chilled
METHOD:
1. Pour the cream into a small bowl and stir in the sugar.
2. Pour the apricot brandy into a chilled liqueur glass and float the sweetened cream on top by pouring it over the back of a teaspoon.
