Perfect for lovers of sweet and fruity cocktails, and the base is easy to prepare in advance.
INGREDIENT:
½ measure gin
1/8 measure apricot brandy
½ measure fresh orange juice
1 tsp grenadine
¼ measure Cinzano
Ice
Sweet sparkling wine, chilled
Orange and lemon slices, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Shake the first five ingredients over ice.
2. Pour into a tall glass and top up with sparkling wine.
3. Finish with slices of orange and lemon.
