Always use freshly squeezed orange juice to make this refreshing cocktail – it is just not the same with bottled juice. This simple, classic cocktail has given rise to numerous and increasingly elaborate variations.
INGREDIENT:
4-6 cracked ice cubes
2 measures vodka
Orange juice, to top up
Slice of orange, to decorate.
METHOD:
1. Fill a chilled glass with cracked ice cubes.
2. Pour the vodka over the ice and top up with orange juice.
Stir well to mix and dress with a slice of orange.
