There is a real kick in this cocktail, and the cranberry juice imparts a wonderfully vivid color.
INGREDEINT:
1measure red vodka
1 measure peach schnapps
3 measures cranberry juice
Crushed ice
Soda water
Frozen cranberries
METHOD:
1. Shake the first three ingredients over the ice until a frost forms.
2. Strain into a chilled tall glass, top up with soda water and float a few frozen cranberries on the top.
