This an excellent mix to liven up a not-so-exciting bottle of bubbly! Also an unusual mix for several people for a party.
INGREDIENT:
½ measure gin
¼ measure apricot brandy
½ measure orange juice
Few drops grenadine
Ice
Dry sparkling white wine, chilled
Slices of orange and lemon, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Stir the first four ingredients with ice in a chilled highball glass or large wine glass.
2. Top up with sparkling wine and dress with fruit.
