Don’t be tempted into thinking this looks like a refreshing glass of frosted juice!
INGREDIENT:
1 measure tequila
1 measure orange liqueur
1 measure fresh lime juice
1 dash egg white
Ice
Lime slice or twist, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Shake all the ingredients, except the lime slice together over the ice until well frosted.
2. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and finish with a twist of lime and an ice cube.
