In spite of the horrible literary pun in the name, this popular cocktail is fast becoming a modern classic.
INGREDIENT:
4-6 cracked ice cubes
2 measures white tequila
1 measure white crème de menthe
1 measure fresh lime juice
METHOD:
1. Put the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Add the tequila, crème de menthe and lime juice. Shake vigorously until a frost forms.
Strain into a chilled highball glass.
